The Flower Preservation Workshop offer a fully bespoke service for the preservation and encapsulation of fresh and dried flowers. Please read below for our returns and refunds policy;
The Flower Preservation Workshop do not issue returns or refunds
Deposit payments are non-refundable
Once an order has been confirmed with the client, an Invoice is created as well as updating the clients online account with this action. Once these have been updated the client is liable for all costs associated with their order.
The Flower Preservation Workshop cannot reduce the clients order following the initial confirmation at the clients request. For example, if the client confirms they would like a large paperweight and later decide they would like a smaller paperweight. The client will still be liable to pay for the large paperweight as originally order. At no time will the Flower Preservation Workshop reduce the clients order.
If the client is not satisfied with their completed order following return delivery, unless their is a defect the Flower Preservation Workshop will not take any action and a return will not be accepted. All designs are at the designers discretion. If flowers were not included in the clients order for any reason this is also at the designers discretion and would not need to be communicated during the design stages with the client.
The Flower Preservation Workshop can withdraw, refuse or cancel any orders at any time. No refunds will be provided on these occasions.
